All sales on mirakenergy.com are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or taste preference.

Damaged or Defective Products

The only exception is a product that arrives damaged, defective, or leaking. In that case, we'll replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging
Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method within 10 business days

Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or consumed products
Products without proof of purchase or order number
Apparel and accessories that have been worn or washed

Wrong or Missing Items

If we shipped you the wrong item or your order arrived incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and we'll make it right at no extra cost.
